I'm Eldar Osmić, a Historian by education who has always been drawn to understanding the patterns behind people and change.
Studying history taught me to think critically, deeply, question assumptions, and rely on evidence to understand why things happen the way they do.
That mindset followed me into every role. I'm known for being adaptable and steady when things get complicated.
Above all, I'm driven by continuous learning and the desire to keep improving in everything I do.

What I Do
During my studies, I started “Dijak” as a hobby and the website alongside it, aiming to promote the cultural and historical past of my country through digital content. As one of the first websites of its kind at that time, it quickly attracted a lot of attention and traffic, along with all the challenges that required me to learn much more about servers, optimization, and web development in general.
Thanks to this acquired knowledge, I worked with clients and led various projects involving web development, web design, digital marketing, server management, and maintenance. When I moved to Ireland, I registered a small family business called “Web House Team” where I spend my creative energy.
